Brianna Ames
Vice President, Policy and Public Affairs
Brianna is a public affairs professional with close to 15 years’ of experience working in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Clear Strategy, Brianna was the Director of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability for Coca-Cola. In this role she was responsible for public affairs, government relations, stakeholder partnerships, strategic communications, sustainability and community related programming and initiatives. Brianna has held several positions on industry boards and committees, including the Canadian American Business Council, Stewardship Ontario and the Canadian Beverage Association. Brianna began her career in politics, where she worked for a number of elected officials in the Ontario government, including Premiers McGuinty and Wynne. Brianna also has previous agency experience, working with clients across a range of sectors on public affairs, government relations and corporate communications strategy and execution.
Brianna has been an active volunteer in Toronto’s young professional community. She is the founder and a co-chair of the Canadian Jewish Public Affair’s (CJPAC) Women in Politics Mentorship Program, and served as a founding member of CAMH Engage, a group of young professionals focused on strategy and fundraising initiatives in support of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation, where she served as the co-chair of its Education and Awareness Committee.
Brianna lives in Toronto and spends as much time as possible traveling.
