Sherry MacLauchlan
Senior Associate
Sherry is a respected government relations and public affairs professional with over 30 years experience in the public and private sectors. Most recently as director of government & public affairs with McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Limited, Sherry was responsible for managing a wide range of policy and reputational issues including sustainability. Sherry has also held positions on numerous food and hospitality industry boards and committees and is recognized in the industry for her abilities as a strategist, coalition builder, relationship manager, and consensus driver. Prior to joining McDonald’s, Sherry held policy and program positions at the municipal government level before working as a senior policy advisor with the Ontario government.
Sherry volunteers as a member of the ALS Society of Canada advocacy committee and is a passionate supporter of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Canada. She lives in Toronto and loves hanging out with her four university-age kids.
